Marsden Park Centre Project is in the acquisition stage.  Alhamdulillah, the $1.5 million target has been achieved. Jazakumullhu Khairan for the overwhelming public support. Property settlement is being processed.

We urge the community to contribute generously for the payment to acquire this property, within 60 days. The total cost for settlement is $1,500,000. The settlement date is 30 September 2019. And do not forget to make special duas for the settlement by the date.

The current Development Application (DA) is for a Community and Function Centre. So it can be used for the relevant purposes readily, without a new DA.
